Why we started
The portable sanitation business runs on one simple rule: show up when you say you will. We watched too many rental companies treat Paradise like a suburb to drive through. They'd send a crew two hours late and charge a weekend fee on a Tuesday. We opened Paradise Porta Pros because we believed customers deserved a company that understood their deadline. A construction schedule doesn't move. A wedding rain date does, but the rental has to be there the morning of. That's the service we built.
Our standard porta potty fleet holds 60 to 70 gallons per unit. We service once per week as baseline under the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sanitation standard, though construction sites with higher use need more frequent pulls. We also maintain ADA accessible units that meet the 36-inch minimum clear width required by ADA Standards section 403.5.1, so crews meet federal job-site rules without guessing.
What we rent
Portable toilets are the core, but most jobs need more. A 10-person construction crew needs toilets, handwashing (required where paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides are applied under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1)), and somewhere to stage materials. That's why we added dumpster rental, storage containers, temporary fencing and restroom trailers. You call one number instead of five. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, and we'll confirm that during your quote so there's no surprise when the driver arrives.
Septic pumping runs year-round in Paradise. A residential tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household use. We also handle grease trap pumping for restaurants and catering operations; they're pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth.
How we operate
We staff the yard six days a week and answer the phone during business hours. Paradise sits 19.7 miles northwest of Las Vegas, which means we're close enough to handle rush requests but far enough to know our regulars. If you need emergency porta potty rental, call during hours and we'll tell you what we can move. We don't promise overnight on holidays, but we're honest about it.
Every unit gets washed before delivery and serviced on schedule. Soap and towels come with handwashing stations; hand sanitizer alone doesn't meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), so we include the real thing. Our drivers know the roads around Paradise and Enterprise. They've hauled dumpsters down a hundred residential driveways and know which gates are too narrow before they back up.

We've rented to film sets in Henderson, county fairs in Winchester, and demolition crews on the north side of Las Vegas. That range taught us what breaks under real conditions.
